We offer in addition to our initial one on one phone call, (if necessary) two dedicated tastings, detailed one-on-one calls, and all the necessary logistics and reminders, we meticulously manage every detail. This means we truly take the stress away, so you're free to fully enjoy your event, knowing that by the time the day comes every part of your day has been discussed and agreed upon.

All of the guests said it was the best wedding food they had ever had and we completely second that! My girlfriend mentioned how you also changed her meal at the last minute because she realised she hadn’t updated her original choice since becoming pregnant. She wanted to say that was incredible service from you guys and very kind and to send special thanks for being so accommodating. The waiting staff made sure that no one’s glass was ever empty throughout the cocktail hour and dinner, they were all so friendly, happy and just helped create the atmosphere we were hoping for. The name "La Van" originally reflected our idea of a mobile, party-ready van that brought the celebration wherever it went. This spirit of adaptability quickly grew. Over eight years of operation, we evolved from private chef services to full wedding catering, and then expanded to seamlessly manage all event operations, including tables, chairs, and recommendations for music and lighting. Today, La Van expertly handles events ranging from 15 to 250 guests, offering diverse service styles, custom menus for different cultures, and continuously incorporating new dishes that reflect current culinary trends.
