We offer in addition to our initial one on one phone call, (if necessary) two dedicated tastings, detailed one-on-one calls, and all the necessary logistics and reminders, we meticulously manage every detail. This means we truly take the stress away, so you're free to fully enjoy your event, knowing that by the time the day comes every part of your day has been discussed and agreed upon.

Over eight years of operation, we evolved from private chef services to full wedding catering, and then expanded to seamlessly manage all event operations, including tables, chairs, and recommendations for music and lighting. Today, La Van expertly handles events ranging from 15 to 250 guests, offering diverse service styles, custom menus for different cultures, and continuously incorporating new dishes that reflect current culinary trends.
