Our wedding services focus on creating a laid-back yet professional family-style atmosphere with seasonal flavours reflective of the meditteranean or with international influences. We prioritize using high-quality local produce and are recommended for our excellent communications, understanding of clients needs and flexibility to fit your specific requests and referring to our trusted partners where necessary.
From our experience, weddings are most enjoyable when there is ample time to spend with all the guests who have made the journey to join the celebrations, with the creation of our company based upon this mentality of getting to the core essence of what your celebration is about. Therefore, we offer service styles that reflect this belief.
We also specialise in pre- and post-wedding ceremonies. These are perfect for those relaxing days by the pool, enjoying good food, music, and plenty of drinks and refreshing cocktails with friends and family or having a truly authentic experience of Spanish guitar music and live Paella cooking to welcome your guests to the island.

Family Style
Family Style is exactly as it sounds, large sharing tables with nutritious salads and lots of wine together with a relaxed and discreet service style to help passing bread and pouring wine
Market/Festival Style
Often used as a combination with our family style service, our market style brings La Van to life with interactive food stations around your venue for people to help themselves to food from and ensure they are fully immersed in the party.
Plated
Formal but still relaxed, we offer a traditional service of international foods for those who would prefer this for their dinner, sometimes working with other leading chefs from Mallorca to showcase their talents

In addition to providing delicious and nutritious food and catering for your bespoke and boutique wedding in

event. From drinks services, photographers, DJ's, live musicians, florists and decorations,

We offer a variety of different styles to choose from depending on your location and the style of service you are looking to offer. After choosing your menu and the location, we will work with you to establish what style and arrangement will work best for you.

After the food, drink, tables and chairs are decided - it's time to add the finishing touches through lighting and personal touches. Here, you can continue working with us or we can refer you to one of our trusted partners and collaborators.

In the months leading up to your special day if you are looking to add a little something for your guests to remember your special day or are still looking for someone to help with photos or make up etc, use some of our trusted partners.
Wedding Day Co-ordination and Assistance
Our wedding co-ordination services at La Van Mallorca is designed to bring your wedding together seamlessly, organising your event from distance means that there are e-mail conversations, proposals, timings in different places
We will assist through site visits, vendor recomendations, floor plans and last finishing touches in a detailed road map so that the week beforeyour wedding day, you can focus on enjoying your day.

Wow! La Van Mallorca was just incredible from start to finish. From the pre-event organisation to catering for 70 hungry guests with the most equisite Mexican feast. Nothing was too much for them. Exceptionally pragmatic in the build up and on the day so charming and accommodating. La Van Mallorca also helped us find other suppliers (beyond his call of duty) for the event to make the event even more spectacular. If I could give you 10 stars, I would!
Our wedding experience was flawless from bar/drink service to cocktail hour to main course to after-party asado. A big part of planning a large event is the emotional strain, La Van Mallorca do a good job of taking that pressure off of you and helping tie together the loose ends. We had a ton of fun working with them.
