PRE-WEDDING
PAELLA AND MEDITERRANEAN DINNERS
Long tables, good food and plenty of time to enjoy it. Paella, grilled meats and fish, seasonal salads, fresh bread and local produce, served generously and designed for sharing. The menu can be kept simple and relaxed, or built into a fuller evening with drinks, canapés and dessert.
PRIVATE DINNERS
For smaller groups, we can create a more structured dinner with a private chef, plated courses or family-style service. Menus are built around the season, the setting and the occasion, with the same attention to ingredients and preparation as our larger events.
GRAZING AND DRINKS
For a more informal start to the evening, we can provide grazing tables, tapas, local wines, cocktails and a full bar service. It works well for arrivals, welcome evenings and gatherings where people want to move around, talk and settle into the weekend.

LOCATION SERVICES
We can suggest fincas and venues that suit an evening like this, from sea views to inland country, or build the set-up at a venue you have already chosen. The site visits and logistics that go with that are included.
