For something different, a service with Asian influences — local and seasonal produce where possible, prepared with modern cooking styles and a lot of flavour.
SOUTH AMERICAN
More and more South American influence is appearing across Mallorca, with chefs from those countries now calling the island home. Open fire, bold seasoning, generous plates.
FLEXIBILITY AND COMFORT
Our flexibility is what sets us apart. Guests want to taste the island across their whole stay, and not every night calls for a full service. Some evenings you want dinner cooked for you; others you just want a hand getting started.
For that we offer a provisioning service, which can be booked on its own or alongside a private chef. The best of Mallorca's produce, delivered to your villa and ready to use.
SUSTAINABILITY AND KM-0
With over six years on the island we have built a real understanding of its seasonal produce and its suppliers. We buy locally wherever we can, supporting the farmers and small businesses the island runs on.
We also work to cut food waste through our association with local shelters, and collaborate with island charities. Tourism here should leave the place better than it found it — using our services helps support the local economy directly.
