A pool party is the best thing you can add to a wedding weekend. It takes the celebration into another day, everyone is relaxed by then, and in a Mallorcan summer the pool does most of the work.
People come and go at their own pace: some stay all day, others turn up for a couple of hours. It gives the couple more time with the friends and family who travelled out, which is the thing they run short of on the wedding day itself.
We cater them across the island for birthdays, villa groups, company retreats and families taking a finca for the week, as well as the day after a wedding. Food from the van or cooked in front of you, a six-hour open bar, and a team that clears everything away the same evening. From 50 guests.
We also do the morning-after brunch: breakfast and brunch dishes, Bloody Marys, mimosas and juices, for the last couple of hours before people leave for the airport.

FOOD TRUCK STYLE
This is where La Van started: street food, done properly. Smash burgers and hot dogs on brioche buns, tacos and quesadillas, pulled pork with pickled onions and coriander on the right tortilla. The meat comes from the markets here in Mallorca, and all of it is built to be eaten standing up with one hand.
HANGOVER BRUNCH
The morning after usually wants something slower. Brunch is the easiest way to get everyone in one place once more without asking them to dress up.

A pool party is the simplest way to use the weather and keep the group together for another day. Where there is drinking and a pool we recommend a lifeguard, and we can arrange one.
DRINKS AND OPEN BAR SERVICES
We run a six hour open bar with enough staff behind it that nobody is left standing in a queue. It is kept to what people actually drink beside a pool: margaritas, piña coladas, cold beer, a good rosé, soft drinks and homemade lemonade.
